I have this male colleague...

who never closes his door completely when passing motion in the toilet. He also has this bad habit of squatting on the chamber pot and would always leave the door slightly ajar. As a reuslt, passers-by may catch a glimpse of him in uncompromising positions if they pay close enough attention. There were incidences of female colleagues getting unsightly views of excrement hanging from his anus. Do they have sufficient grounds to claim compensation from him or his company for mental trauma?
